HOW IT WORKS
The discovery call determines which areas of the business the diagnostic covers — and confirms the session structure in writing before anything is booked. One session or several, depending on what the business needs.
Within 48 hours of the final session: a written report. Three to five findings, each with a clear description of the constraint and the specific system that would remove it.
The findings are grounded in your business's own data — not Stretch's assessment of it.
